1. Information only

This site describes what the company is and how to correspond with it. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to treat, a quotation or a commitment of any kind, and nothing on it should be relied on as financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

2. Nothing is agreed until it is in writing

Any arrangement with the company takes effect only when its terms have been confirmed in writing by the company. Statements on this site do not form part of any such arrangement.

3. Accuracy

The company takes care that what appears on this site matches its filings, but pages can fall out of date between one filing and the next. Where anything here differs from the public register at Companies House, the register is correct. If you spot a discrepancy, please tell us so it can be corrected.

4. The enquiry form

The form on the contact page is not connected to a mail handler. Submitting it sends nothing and creates no record. Do not use it to send anything you need the company to receive; write to the postal address on the contact page instead.

5. Availability

The site is provided as it stands. The company does not undertake that it will be available without interruption or free from error, and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, stylesheet, code and monogram on this site belong to the company. You may read, print and quote from the pages for your own reference and for the purpose of corresponding with the company. Any other reproduction requires written permission. The photographs are separately licensed and are credited, with their licence terms, on the photography credits page; their own licences govern their reuse.

7. Links from this site

The only links leaving this site are to licence terms and to the original sources of the photographs. The company is not responsible for the content of any site it links to.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the company is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
